Ectomorph Review!

I am a college student who has lifted off and on over the past 3 years. I'm an ectomorph (hard gainer) and this stuff has done wonders for me. In my opinion, as an ectomorph, you shouldn't start out using a stimulant. Do your research and find a heavy weight/high intensity workout that works best for you. Do this workout for a 4-8 weeks and depending on your gains, then try SuperPump250. This is what I did and saw massive strength gains and increases in energy in the gym.
I'm 6ft 2in. @ 180lbs. Before taking this supplement I was benching 175 lbs for 8 reps 6 weeks into my workout. The next 2 weeks I started SuperPump250 and I'm already up to 185lbs at 10 reps. Granted bench press isn't everything, but it's a common measure when talking about strength building exercises. It is important to remember this doesn't mean your body will respond this way, but it really gives you that extra edge. Also, after taking this supplement for a week I had to bump up to 2 scoops in order to feel the effect. Remeber if you are an ectomorph you need to be eating constantly (6-8 meals a day) and taking in a ton of calories. Just keep in mind to schedule this properly according to your meals/workout routine.
I have only had an upset stomache once while using this, and it wasn't that bad of a case for me. Definitely not anything to shun me away, and probably my own fault as I strayed from my diet for a day. The only 2 other possible negative side effects were that the taste is fairly tangy and although cheaper than other brands, it is still very expensive I believe. Cost alone is the only reason I give it 4 stars because I'm a poor college student lol. |

| Finished my first tub of the lemon flavored superpump250 and it worked great. I took this hoping for an energized drive at the gym as i found myself needing an extra push to get motivated while working out. You get a definite burst of energy and drive about 15 min after taking, almost an angry feeling your so fired up. I took 2 to 3 scoops a workout. Taste was decent, better than most ive tried. Pumps were great, didn't have any notable side affects and liked it more than noxplode and black powder which both worked but not to the overall degree sp250 did. |

| As I started using this two weeks ago from 1-28-2010, bowel movements start to burn and my stomach is not normal...I think NO-XPLOD has a less side effects... |

It did not result in my skin actually tearing open from the pump, as the label promises, but I think it did materially increase the amount of work I am able to do at the gym, to the point where I don't want to stop lifting. I did lots of sets, and with a bit more weight than I usually use.
And it does result in your looking more impressive in the mirror ... I don't care about that, I'm just interested in doing more work at the gym, and it delivered in that area.
Seems like a good substitute for an energy drink to me. Be sure to leave the recommended amount of time between the time you drink it and the time you start lifting, as it takes a while to kick in.
I did not experience any stomach difficulties with it. It is very tart tasting, did not make me gag but I am not drinking it for the taste anyway. Doesn't mix too well with water, looks kind of like blue slime if you mix it in a glass with a fork.
I recommend you spend the extra bucks for quick shipping, as the free shipping takes a while for the USPS to get it to you.
All in all I am very happy with it and will buy it again. |

| this is a great product for basketball and hard cardio workouts. I use it lifting weights and cardio and I feel that it benefits me more on the cardio. You must take 2 scoops to make it worth your time, unless you weigh under 150lbs. |
Finally a good pre-workout supplement

| Excellent product, and it doesn't get me dizzy like No-Explode always used to. Blue Raspberry tastes great, btw. A lot of people say not to take this with food because it will upset one's stomach or give them gas. To those out there wondering, I want to add that I've never experienced this, and it really depends on your body. I take Superpump 250 almost every morning with my oatmeal and eggs, and I've never had a gas/stomach/runs problem. I always though that the directions recommended taking it on an empty stomach because it will be more powerful this way (the caffeine is absorbed more quickly). Point is, everyone reacts differently to these things. I happen to have VERY little response to nitric oxide supplements, so I take this for the caffeine, vitamin b, and what little creatine it has. |

| Awesome!! this product does work! ok ok...you might think im exaggerating, but im not. i am a big skeptic of the supplement world. i was used to eatin right and multi-vitamins and a big no no was using supplementns. whether it be cardio or weight lifting, it works. yes follow the directions: no food at least an hour(product says thirty minutes) before use. some seriouse side effects, stomach problems, occur if you eat prior to using the product. jitters will occur if you take too much because of the caffiene in this product. protein shakes before, no problem. well let me tell you, if you need that constant surge of energy throughout your workout this is the product. (it might not work to well if you've taken test boosters). you will feel energized and focused throughout your workout and throughout the day. this is one of the products that you can't build a tolerance(meaning you wont get tired of it or you dont need to keep uping the dosage dramaticly). jus try it for yourself. there are some other websites that'll give you free samples, so try it. its gonna work |
The Myth

Before I purchased Super Pumps 250 a few weeks ago, I did some research and read many blogs and forums that this supplement had an alternative name, Super Dumps.
Lets set this myth aside once and for all, Yes, Super Pumps does give you super farts : )
However, that is just like many other supps and protein drinks.
Now the real question, is it worth it ? and Does it work? Absolutely %100
As I said i have been on it for a few weeks and can definitely see improvement in stamina and focus. I work harder and can already see the gains.
I have suggested this supp to a couple of family member and they agree, IT DOES work.
Next month, I will try a tub of of its competition NO Explode and try to compare them apple to apples.
Hope this helps somebody
