| I usually save this for weightlifting days where I'm really dragging and tired. Driven gives a crazy rush of energy, and really makes you feel, well, driven! I only take half of a packet, as that's plenty. For me, taking a full packet is a waste, as it just makes me more jittery and somewhat uncomfortable. With a half packet, it still provides a big jolt, increases heart rate, makes my skin feel warm and tingly, and provides enough energy to easily be able to get through an intense 70 minute workout. Also, the amount of weight I can lift, and my number of reps is noticeably increased while on this stuff. |

| The best prework out mix I have ever had!!!!! My muscles get fuller and rock hard for a pump that is out of this world. I am more focused and my workouts are much more intense. I also am not as sore as i normally am after an intense workout. If there were a six star I would give it five just isnt enough!!! I do prefer the Punch to the grape but grape isnt that bad.. FYI It does clump up in the heat so keep it at room temp and out of ur gym bag in the car! |

I received a free sample of this product a few weeks ago and finally decided to throw some of it into my protein plus all the other stuff which goes into my blender. While I really like No Explode's blue raspberry taste, I thought Plasmacore's fruit punch flavor was equally good if not slightly better! While taste isn't everything, let's face it... it's so much easier to drink two or three protein plus shakes / day if they are enjoyable. :)
As for the effects, I felt it. It was a good, solid, energetic pump which began about 20 minutes after drinking and lasted about 90 to 120 minutes. It didn't have any negative side effects that I could see. The powder also mixed very well.
Those are the reasons why I bought a 2.2 lbs container of the stuff. Hopefully, the lean muscle gains will continue to come with the assistance of Muscle Asylum Project N.O. Plasmacore Fruit Punch!

| This stuff makes you itch and sweat and dehydrate all of which it does not show you until you get the bottle and read the warning signs.Buyer beware I am gonna try to get my money back seeing it does not tell you this stuff when you go to purchase it!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I was a regular NO-Xplode user but switch up from time to time. This stuff is definitely off the hook! 3 scoops? I can barely handle 1 1/2 scoops.
Much more focused, lift more and don't rest as much between reps. However, I have used other products from the same company and ended up with acne. I dunno we'll see, but after two weeks, this stuff does what it says it will. |

This product works best when excercising for a long period of time. Instead of taking four as directed, two will do just fine. The pills are much better than the powder product because it doesn't upset your stomach. The powder works faster but if you take a protein shake a hr before or after you take the powder it WILL upset your stomach.
