This product is the best thing ever! It let's you go beyond your normal limits. A few months ago I was normally doing about 30-45min. of cardio and then one day I wanted to see how far I could go. So I took 3 capsules and did HIIT for 30min. (My usual is 15-20) so I just started jogging after that. Hour after hour went by and after it was all done I went a total of 20 miles! It seems a little extreme for me to say that but don't know the product til' you've tried it. You can e-mail the company for some samples if you wish.
