Since there aren't any Reviews here I thought I would add mine. I used Dymatize Xpand for over a year. It is hyped as a Pre and Post Workout Supplement, but I only ever used it for Pre-Workout. 1. Taste: Depending on the Flavor, It tastes great. I like the Fruit Punch Flavor. 2. Effectiveness: It worked great initially for energy going into the Gym and the Pumps were outstanding. The problem, as with most supps like this, it decreased in effectiveness over time. I just kept adding more scoops to keep it working. 3. Price: After looking a the Prices on Ebay and other sites listed here, I guess I got ripped off. I paid about the same as the Amazon.com price listed above. I wish I would have shopped around. Looks like you can get a great Price on this. Get the 2.04 LB can, it goes too fast if you buy the smaller one. Hope to see more reviews here. Nice site.
