I’ve been taking this for about a week so I’m going to give it more time, but I have to say the week I’ve been on it has been awful. I have terrible stomach pains that increase as my lift continues. Do not take if you plan on doing anything that requires you to move quickly, I feel sluggish during any cardio. Though I will give it that I have gained four lbs in the week I’ve been using it, most likely the creatine. I also get a couple more reps than usual. I have mixed feelings about it. Anyone have any tips? I think I’ve gonna start taking my vitamins right before I drink it to help digest it cuz its killin me…

Any time you start a supp like this it takes some time to adjust to the massive amount of different ingredients. Also, when you take a preworkout supp like this, it tends to kick your system into high gear, thus resulting in more bowel movements soon after taking it. It lessens the more you use it.
i have to say that i had a great workout on my chest day, but this stuff jacked my stomach up. i felt full all day so it was hard to get all my meals in and it gave me the squirts.
